Agglomerated stoppers

This stopper is produced from cork granulate of size 3-8mm , formed into a cylinder by extrusion under high pressure and heat, then cut and brushed into the final form. It always has both ends chamfered to protect against breakage during bottling. Produced in any required diameter and length, but wine producers mainly specify diameters of 21, 22 and 23mm and lengths of 33, 35, 38, 42 and 44mm, depending on the bottle and bottling plant type. Usually produced fully washed.

Recommended for wine storage up to 1-2 years, in ideal conditions.
